The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing classes in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Delivering preprepared lesson plans and ensuring that learning objectives are met.
Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing student behaviour effectively.
Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
Liaising with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

Ideally, some classroom experience, either through teaching placements, tutoring, or voluntary work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education and working with young people.
