We are looking for an exceptionally organised individual to take up the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This role makes a vital contribution to the growth of Coincover by providing the CEO and the wider team with first-class administrative and organisational support.
As Executive Assistant, you'll be central to the smooth functioning of the CEO's office, ensuring wrap-around support, great communication and efficient planning.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- To provide highlevel support to the CEO in a professional, timely manner whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion where appropriate.
- Deal with/filter queries and problems from staff, external contacts and the public, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings including all logistics.
- To schedule and coordinate a range of regular meetings, including Board and leadership meetings, supporting the CEO and other Csuite / Executive members.
- Ensure that Board meetings and leadership meetings content are prepared and distributed in a timely manner and to a high standard, following CEO's direction.
- Drafting and checking agendas, collating and circulating papers, keeping minutes, pursuing agreed actions.
- Produce documents, reports and presentations within tight deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the rest of the leadership team
- Develop and manage appropriate administrative systems to improve efficiencies.
- Organise crossdepartment meetings, awaydays and events, overseeing travel, IT and knowledge management.
