Please see the Job Description for further details, a summary is below: Responsibility for the day to day management and delivery of a range of services for adults with co-occurring conditions (substance misuse & mental health).

Responsibility for the supervision, management and development of your staff team Supporting the strategic and operational development of co-occurring conditions services Responsibility for ensuring the service you lead provides high quality, effective and person centred treatment to those accessing the service Undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with staff Recruitment and induction of new staff Taking action to support your staff team in working towards and achieving targets as set by commissioners Understanding data from the work undertaken in order to support your team in their day to day work within the hub Promotion of Service User Involvement Developing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders, partnership agencies and other organisations Contributing to county-wide management and governance meetings
