R&D Manger - Cosmetics and Personal Care

Lancashire

£40,000 - £45,000

My client has transformed their business over the past year. They pride themselves on the company culture, employee development and the service that they offer their clients. A great opportunity for an experienced R&D manager within the cosmetics and personalcare industry has opened.

This role will involve having three direct reports and will include managing the more complex accounts for the business.


The role:

  • Overseeing day to day running of the lab
  • Ensure standards are met throughout the lab
  • Improve and creating current and new SOPs
  • Working on new formulations for clients
  • EPD on current formulations
  • Training and development of junior staff

Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years formulation and development experience in cosmetics and personal care
  • 2 years minimum of people management
