Do you thrive on being the heartbeat of the team's needs? Are you the kind of person who can spot a rising star from a mile away? If so, we've got the perfect role for you in our team of 250 staff.

In the position of HR Manager, you'll lead a dynamic duo of HR assistants who are itching for a top-notch manager like you to lead the charge when it comes to People Culture and HR.

You've got a sixth sense for talent, a knack for sniffing out potential superstars of the future, and a radar for wellbeing whilst being focussed on HR policy patrol. You'll make sure that everyone gets the support and encouragement they deserve, to give them the opportunity to excel.

As a key player on the Senior Management Team, you'll fearlessly champion what is right for the business, challenge the status quo when needed, and steer the ship towards becoming a 'Best Place to Work'.

You're not just an HR Manager, you're a people management champion dedicated to protecting our team and our company in equal measure. By nature you do things correctly, by the book, no wavering from what is right. Personal integrity is important to us.
