Credit Controller - French speaking role for a 6 contract with long term opportunities.

Description
the key responsibilities for this Credit Controller role

  • French speaking, based in West London are:
  • Billing for assigned countries/clusters
  • Billing related administration (including review of new debtor setups)


  • Cost card maintenance

  • Review of cost and charges under job files
  • Audit of file Profitability on client and serviceline basis
  • Review of unbilled report as well as accruals reporting, for revenue and cost control
  • Document management for cost approvals (including in Docuware approvals)
  • Point of coordination for billing related activities within country/cluster
  • Monitoring of billing related KPIs such as ontime billing and billing accuracy
  • Improvement of existing billing processes and process documentation
  • Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required
  • Chasing PO's and backup documents
