Description
the key responsibilities for this Credit Controller role
- French speaking, based in West London are:
- Billing for assigned countries/clusters
- Billing related administration (including review of new debtor setups)
- Cost card maintenance
- Review of cost and charges under job files
- Audit of file Profitability on client and serviceline basis
- Review of unbilled report as well as accruals reporting, for revenue and cost control
- Document management for cost approvals (including in Docuware approvals)
- Point of coordination for billing related activities within country/cluster
- Monitoring of billing related KPIs such as ontime billing and billing accuracy
- Improvement of existing billing processes and process documentation
- Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required
- Chasing PO's and backup documents
