    Role responsibilities

    As Fitter/Electrician, your role will play an integral part of our Maintenance Team in helping us to achieve our high standards of train maintenance through conducting pre-planned exams and unplanned repairs, as well as being responsible for changing engines, transmissions and wheel sets.

    These roles will cover a variety of shift patters including days, nights, weekends & Bank Holidays, so flexibility is essential.

    Who we're looking for


    • Relevant engineering qualification

    • Demonstrate good technical knowledge covering mechanical and hydraulic systems and have a strong appreciation of electrical systems,

    • Understanding of Railway Operational Procedures,

    • You will be a team player and have a "can do" attitude with an innovative approach to problem solving.

    Welsh Language Skills

    The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
