    AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious National Client based in Coventry, for an Experienced Planning Coordinator to join their growing team.

    Based - Coventry, CV6 (Office based with future potential Work from Home opportunities)

    Salary - £26000 per annum

    Working Hours - 09:00am to 17:00pm (Mon-Fri)

    Start Date - ASAP


    Candidates MUST be very good on Microsoft Excel

    Job Overview:
    To assist and coordinate the planning, development, maintenance and operation of the entire network.


    This position would suit someone who is used to working within a fast paced Logistics Planning Office and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be confident using this - this initially a 12 month FTC, which will be extended for the right candidate.


    The main tasks will be:

    • Coordinate the maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • Own and manage planning tasks within various projects, liaising with project managers and
    completing the required actions within agreed timescales.


    • Monitor and manage the exchange capacity to maintain optimum capacity and efficiency of
    the exchange network, including progression of reporting requirements to provide affective
    information.


    • Progress new host sites from survey through to installation.
    • Ensure all exchanges comply with Health & Safety regulations.
    • Monitor demand and progress development where necessary.
    • Manage and maintain all administrative details regarding exchanges up to date.

    Candidates must have:

    • An excellent Communicator via all forms of communications to a number of audiences.
    • An excellent MS office user, specifically in Excel.
    • Intermediate Knowledge of auto route / map point.
    • Well organized.
    • MS Excel Qualification/Experience and ability to demonstrate this
    • Geographical knowledge of the British Isles & Southern Ireland
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
