Helpdesk Administrator | Victoria, London |£27,000 - £29,000 | Leading FM Service Provider


We are currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management Company based in our Victoria office on there transport division.


Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming HD calls and raising tasks on CAFM System ( Maximo )
  • Working through the central HD inbox and raising tasks on CAFM System ( Maximo )
  • Administering access requests to security sites
  • Scheduling reactive and ppm tasks to in house engineering team
  • Updating CAFM system with all relevant notes and updates
  • Updating the client / requester for all changes in task status
  • Ad Hoc admin as and where required
  • Daily Jeopardy management and interrogation of all outstanding and open tasks
  • Contractor management ensuring our contractors deliver to our agreed SLA and KPI's
  • Key Management responsible for all key requests

Hours of Work & Package Information

  • Private Healthcare


  • Monday

  • Friday, 8am 4:30pm
  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme

Qualifications/Skills

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a reactive helpdesk, service desk
  • Experience using the Maximo CRM system (desirable)
