We're on the hunt for an IT Apprentice to join our bustling team in Westerham - TN16 As an IT Apprentice, you will be working towards a Level 3 in IT and you'll provide comprehensive support across desktop hardware, software, networks, and operating systems, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
First-line support entails troubleshooting routers, firewalls, and business communications, swiftly identifying and implementing corrective measures. Additionally, you'll conduct preventative maintenance, execute timely upgrades, and debug software to align with evolving business processes. Maintaining updated maintenance contract records and meeting KPIs for system restoration timelines are key responsibilities. Monitoring system and database performance involves pinpointing underperforming systems and implementing necessary improvements while maintaining performance records.Hours of Work:
