- Take the lead in engineering activities within multi-discipline EPCM or EPC projects for the chemical and petrochemical industry.
- Assist the procurement team in transforming detailed design packages into procurement packages.
- Collaborate with the client engineering team to develop work packages.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to formulate technical inquiries for the client.
- Act as the representative of the business in stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Possess 5+ years of experience as a Senior EC&I Engineer.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project engineering and site interfaces.
- Hold a HND / BSc / BEng / MSc in EC&I Engineering.
- Capable of leading multiple work packages.
- Results-oriented with a personal commitment to achieving results and monitoring performance against project delivery objectives and UK/European Standards & Regulations.
- Skilled in successful collaboration with others, adapting readily to various styles and roles, and fostering contributions from team members.
- Proficient in identifying impacts on project delivery objectives and applying effective change management practices.
- Committed to continuous improvement, generating innovative ideas to enhance performance.
- Act as a safety champion, with the ability to create and approve RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
