Day Rate:
up to £200
Are you an experienced tech recruiter? Do you have strong stakeholder management skills with great attention to detail? Would you like to work for a global financial services organisation?


We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join an exciting part of the business to grow and develop in an in-house recruitment role.


What does the day to day look like?

  • Owning the conversion process for contractors
  • Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring manager and contractors on aspects of salary negotiation, status of approvals, start dates, etc
  • Utilizing relevant recruitment systems
  • Building robust relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Educating consultants and hiring managers on the recruitment process and procedures
  • Working through immigration matters such as work authorization and visa transfers

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Prior experience in a recruiting or related role
  • Proven success in a highvolume environment coupled with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, deadlines, and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptable style
