Our concept revolves around rice, wood and fire, and our aim is to bring the best of Valencian cuisine to the heart of London.

We are looking foran experienced Head Waiter/Waitress who can support our management team in delivering a quality service to our guests, is passionate about hospitality and ensures that our Front of House team follows our standards.

with knowledge in fine dinning who can take on the responsibility of training and leading our floor team.
