    Hours:
    Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

    Develop and deliver recycling improvement and community engagement projects to change resident behaviours and improve recycling rates.

    ~ Deliver ECO activities planned for the contract to meet objectives, these can include school visits, pop-up community events, doorstepping and the development of recycling communication materials.

    ~ Support the Contract ECO Manager to provide day to day communication support for the contract as required, this can involve writing letters and emails to residents, posting calendars and organising collections for waste and recycling.

    ~ Support the Digital and PR team as needed with reactive media and social media enquiries

    ~ Communicate with various employees from Veolia to help with the running of day to day operations around Camden Borough.

    ~ Deliver internal communication campaigns to improve our safety performance and working culture.

    Experience delivering behaviour change and/or community engagement techniques and analysing results

    Experience of project and event development and delivery
    Superb written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
    Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
    Ability to identify food news stories and develop them in partnership with PR team
    A flexible and proactive approach that prioritises meeting our client and service user needs
    Recycling and waste industry knowledge
    Understanding or experience of working with local authorities
    Ability to develop creative visual content across multiple formats
    Advanced understanding of data management and analysis
    Understanding of PR, social media, social advertising and digital communications
