    Description

    Oversee and manage several team leaders and each vertical within the firm

    Coordinate between team leaders and principal architect to manage projects and production; report directly to principal architect

    Liaison between accounts as direct point of contact for all clients; clients include retail, hospitality, commercial, single-family residential, multi-family and mixed-use, pharmaceutical, shopping

    centers, etc.; manage existing client relationship as well as attain new clients through business development efforts

    Demonstrate ability to manage team of production level individuals and team leads

    Excellent communication and people skills

    Skills:

    Architecture, Project Manager, AutoCAD, Construction Drawings, Design, Design Development, Schematic Design, Retail, Commercial, Single-Family, Residential, Mixed-Use, Revit, Studio Lead, Studio Director, Coordinate, BIM, Laser Scanning

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    8 -10 years experience within retail chain architecture

    Experience managing teams as studio lead, director, project manager, etc..

    Ability to communicate with clients effectively,

    Expert understanding of architecture and construction processes

    Experience with township approval - planning boards a strong plus
