Description
A new opportunity in partnership with Gifford and Partners (GAP) with a household Leeds based organisation.

As Finance Manager - Financial Control, this role will have a broad overview from its central position of management reporting, budgeting and forecastingand financial analysis.

Managing a team that provides key reporting information for the board, insight into driving performance and that has a huge contribution to major financial drivers within the business this really is an exciting role to be managing.

Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to;

  • Direct exposure to the CFO and Senior Business stakeholders providing insight on P&L, BS and cashflow performance drivers.
  • Innovate and drive improvement around financial analysis.
  • Transition the financial reporting onto a new financial system.
  • Provide forward visibility on performance metrics
  • You will become a visionary figure in supporting a new project initiative to push on improvements around management reporting through digital and automation and a significant investment in new systems.


This role is targeting a qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA with post qualified experience gained in a management role ideally with reporting staff.

Expected at this level is an excellent communication approach both in written and verbal format capable to challenginginternal stakeholders and reassuring external audiences.
