We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of a dynamic nursing workforce team in delivering a highly effective service across region.


Leading on work which supports the delivery of a safe sustainable and expanded nursing, midwifery and AHP workforce related to international recruitment within the context of the CNO/CMiDO Strategy and NHS long-term workforce plan.


Working both as a team member and independently you will be innovative and able to balance multiple competing priorities and programmes, able to demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines, have an understanding of project management, governance, risk management, Informatics and communications and engagement.


In April 2023, NHS England, NHS Digital, and Health Education England merged to create a new, single organisation to lead the NHS in England.

This new NHS England is designed to create a simpler, smaller, high performing, organisation that leads the NHS more effectively and is a better place to work.

Salary Progression


Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8a with a full-time starting salary of £50,952, with a pay step increase after 5 years' service.
