Description

New Legal Counsel opportunity for a not-for-profit organisation based in Cambridge for a Commercial Lawyer (with either an In-House or Private Practice background), offering flexi and hybrid working.


The role will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements such as non-disclosure, supplier, contractor and technology agreements plus compliance matters such as data protection.


  • UK qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with either an In-House or Private Practice background, ideally with three years relevant post qualification experience
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing and advising commercial contracts/agreements
  • Exposure within data protection, compliance, regulatory and intellectual property would be an advantage
  • Have excellent and positive client care skills
  • Be able to handle daytoday requirements with mínimal supervision
  • Have a "can do" positive attitude
