    If you're looking for your next opportunity with an award winning, forward-thinking charity – then look no further Our Compliance and Quality Manager is a new role that will lead on the ongoing development of The ExtraCare Charitable Trust's compliance framework to ensure we meet our regulatory and legislative requirements (including complaints management) whilst supporting development of a lessons learned culture, including using best practice within the sector.

    Working within the friendly Governance team, with an emphasis on positive collaboration with colleagues across the Charity, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual with the skills and enthusiasm to deliver robust systems and effective reporting on key quality and performance metrics and shape a positive culture of continuous improvement.

    This role includes a generous benefits package including a competitive salary of £45,000 .

    • As our Compliance Manager, you will be actively involved in:

  • Supporting the development and oversight of ExtraCare's compliance and quality framework that meets the Charity's regulatory and legislative requirements and best practice within the sector.
  • Ensuring that we have policies and procedures that support the delivery of excellent service to our residents and meet our regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Making sure any resident complaints are handled effectively, that our complaints framework is robust and compliant, and that complaints are learned from.
  • Enhancing our lessons learned culture and leading on learning and improvements across our Charity.
  • Leading on effective oversight of major incidents and business continuity planning across the Charity, working with operational and Governance colleagues.
  • Providing assurance on our care quality audit framework and working collaboratively to support the delivery of excellence in our care services.
  • Manage the design and delivery of the Balanced Scorecard process for reporting progress against Annual Business Plan Targets and Commitments.

    Your previous experience may include experience of working at a senior level in a compliance role with a particular focus on compliance and quality frameworks.
