We're looking for an experienced
Technical Services Lead to join our globally established IT team in
Manchester in a
hybrid role.
This role will require professional evaluation of both new and existing solutions to determine the efficiency of the client's global endeavours.
As the principal support and point of contact for the pre-sales technical staff, the Technical Services Lead will be required to manage change and related queries.
Skillset:
- 2nd/3rd Line Support experience
- Windows Desktop, Server, Mobile
- Apple
