We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in a fantastic
Junior School aged between 7-11 years of age.
This opportunity offers individuals looking to build a career in education, within a unique school setting, giving you the opportunity to propel your career into education, leadership & management.
Teaching Assistant supporting young people who require additional support in school.
This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to build a career in education including becoming a teacher from September 2024 onwards.
The school is based in the Portsmouth area and supports a range of children, including those with a range of social and emotional needs.
The school has recently been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and works with boys & girls at a critical time in their educational development.
We have positions available to start in September 2023. You will be paid between£375-£400per week (based on a 5 day week).

Requirements for the role
- Experience working with young people in either a volunteering or professional capacity
- Excellent ability to build connections with young people of all backgrounds
- Positive, welcoming and patient
- Ability to motivate and inspire young people
