    Management Consultant Position

    Your Responsibilities:

    As a Management Consultant, you will:

    • Utilise various Project Management technologies and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
    • Adapt your strategies based on varying project requirements.
    • Support the Project Manager in tracking, updating, and reporting on project progress.
    • Identify and manage project scope, constraints, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and deadlines.
    • Participate in team meetings, recording action items and next steps.

    Your Contributions:

    You will enhance our organisation by:

    • Mapping and documenting processes from 'current state' to 'future state.'
    • Crafting compelling business plans and cases for transformative projects.
    • Participating in Project Management Office activities, producing RAID logs, and managing project risks.
    • Designing and delivering Target Operating Models (TOMs) and Management Operating Systems (MOSs).
    • Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements and create Functional Requirement Specifications.

    About You:

    • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
    • Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality content on time.
    • Team player with the ability to manage various tasks and work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
    • Eager to learn and develop project management and change management skills.
    • Proactive and competitive, with a drive to succeed.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Hold a valid driving licence.
