    Job summary

    As a resilient, dynamic, and experienced NHS leader you could be the next Divisional Director Operations (DDO) for our Medicine & Integrated Care Division, reporting to the Divisional Director, Professor Frances Bowen. This is a key leadership role responsible for > 3,500 staff and managing a budget of circa £250 million, covering a broad and demanding portfolio including emergency care. Joining our values-based and progressive organisation at a senior level, as DDO you will combine your broad operational knowledge with strategic planning, working, and empowering your teams, stakeholders, and communities to help establish and embed our vision, our values, and our culture in an inclusive environment that promotes innovation and a continued focus on excellent patient care.
