Joining this dynamic team as a
Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Manager will provide you with the opportunity on working with industry leaders within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

As a Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Manager, you will:

Coach and mentor junior members of the team, developing their career, strengthening the overall practice
Effectively contribute to overall practice activities such as Capability Development, Proposition, Knowledge Management or Solution Development
Build strong professional relationships both internally and externally with clients and colleagues to best utilise available resources
Assess issues experienced and identify appropriate solutions for the team
Generate new business development for the practice
Lead and manage the team to execute large scale projects or programmes
Create strategic solutions to solve client's business and compliance problems, and create roadmaps to implement the changes

The Successful Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Manager skillset will be:

At least 10 years relevant consulting experience, building out a practice, delivering success
Robust experience of working within the Financial Services industry or Industry consulting, preferably within the banking, wealth management, cards and payments or investment subsectors
A good understanding of the current changes taking place within the industry including new use of technologies, partnership ecosystems, new regulatory compliance and operating models
Experience and familiarity working with current priority regulations and regulatory initiatives such as, Consumer Duty, Capital requirements, SMCR, MiFID II, Operational Resilience, ESG, Accelerated Settlements, AML/KYC and Sanctions
The ability to develop new consulting capabilities and taking these to market
Exposure to RegTech solutions, having applied technology solutions to standardise, automate, digitise, scale or optimise responses to regulatory compliance and maintaining business value
