    Description
    Receptionist (Part-time)
    We are seeking to appoint a part-time Receptionist to join our team in September 2024. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the telephone system and reception area.
    This role is term-time only, working 4 hours per week, 8am to 10am Mondays and Fridays.
    Dealing with all incoming and outgoing calls, and voicemail, through the switchboard.
    Register all students who sign in and out at Reception for Saturday activities and update iSAMS accordingly.
    Help with general School Office work as required.
    Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing post, billing for franking where appropriate.
    Ability to utilise key software, such as Microsoft Office applications
