- Building a well tailored team to ensure excellent service standards are met.
- Working collaboratively with design, commercial, GTM, and engineering teams to help tell user stories through experiences.
- 5 years' experience building professional products.
- Understanding of Web3 and blockchain tech.
- A strong grasp of product analysis.
- Good communication skills and cross-departmental co-ordination.
- The ability to have in dept discussions with software engineers and designers to jointly execute decision making.
