Lettings Negotiator - Manchester - Up to £24,000 (OTE £33,000)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a growing City Centre, multi discipline property group.
The firm have an exciting year ahead (year 3 of a 5-year growth plan), so this role is ideal for someone who is looking to join a business who will challenge you, challenge the norm, and challenge themselves constantly.
With a close-knit team of ambitious individuals, the director's ethos is very much centred around customer service and ensuring their reputation proceeds them, along with the development and wellbeing of the team.
What you will be doing
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Proactively marketing properties across various portals and social media to ensure maximum exposure
- Negotiating lets, liaising with Landlord and Tenants
- Successfully letting multiple properties within a development (organising open days, marketing campaigns, strategic planning)
- Maintaining up to date client databases of potential
- Ad hoc lettings duties to support other members of staff
What you will have
- Previous lettings experience required
- Enthusiastic about Manchester property and well versed with property legislation
- Ability to exceed targets and able to self motivate and time manage
- Strong understanding of how to successfully market properties outside of the 'normal' methods
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively with both Landlords and Tenants
- Driving licence
What you will receive
- Up to £24,000 annual salary DOE
- Uncapped commission, OTE £33,000 Uncapped
