Description

Keep forecasts for customers up to date and track customer sales to make informed planning decisions

Preparation of daily production plans
Produce a weekly meat requirement
Maintain all master data sheets with all products
Measuring actuals achievement v plans set
Monitoring and maintaining correct levels of WIP and finished goods stocks chilled and frozen
Improve relationships among production, sales and finance, which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company
