    Head of Membership

    Reporting into the Managing Director, Clubs, our Head of Membership will have overall responsibility for Member Sales, Experience and Events.

    Managing the Membership Experience Manager, Customer Service Coordinator, Sales & Events Manager, you will be responsible for creating the sales strategy to deliver our forecasts whilst managing the need for a high-quality experience, in essence for the future success and happiness of all members.

    The Head of Membership will always be able to read the temperature and mood of our members and be able to react quickly to resolve any stress points.

    Youll be working in a supportive and nurturing environment, with people who love and care about what they do.

    Membership Sales
    Member Happiness
    Member Portal
    Member Events

    What we are looking for:
    Previous Head of or similar in a Membership environment with the ability to be strategic and remain close to members and the team
    A proven track record in membership sales and member experience
    Passion for people and member/guest experience
    An eye for detail and awareness of what excellent looks like.
    A love for working in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with a team.

    A positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and approachable personality, with a great can do attitude.
    A proactive approach to work
    Enjoyment when interacting with people and children.

    Working patterns:
    Presence in the clubs during the week as well as the weekends will be expected

    Weekend working as a minimum should be 8 hours per month spread over a minimum of two days (time spent working at weekends will be recovered the following week).
