An HR Manager helps an organisation run smoothly by ensuring that all company employment and operation processes are compliant with employment regulations and that all personnel act in line with company policies.

A large part of the job is recruitment and proactive seeking out candidates resolving HR issues and supporting operation-related activities.

The ideal candidate will help the company to attract the best candidates for potential and open positions.
Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
Managing and training the HR team
Monitoring various aspects of an employee's performance in accordance with employment policy
Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business or a relevant field is a strong advantage
Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role is preferred
Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff
Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs including HRSmart software
