Servoca Resourcing Solutions are looking for Recovery Navigators across London for a social justice charity.


Skills/Experience:


  • Good experience of substance misuse.
  • Be able to manage high caseloads.
  • Carry out risk assessmments, SMART action plans, and case records.
  • Be able to deliver 1: 1s, groupwork interventions by using motivational techniques and traumainformed practices.

Duties:


  • Will be remote based.
  • Will be needed to travel across London to meet service users at hubs and local probation offices.
  • Raise and report any safeguarding concerns.
  • Maintain all service user records.
  • Make sure all incidents and near misses are reported and recorded via Ulysses system.
  • Complete and maintain all SMART action plans and assessments.
  • Carry a caseload of adult male prison leavers those on community orders.
