IT Project Lead


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum


Location:
Ware, Hertfordshire


Contract:
Permanent


Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (Hybrid working available)

COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our well-established client who provide market leading technology. They are looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to join their team as an Implementation Project Lead.

There will be a hybrid mix of client visits, working from home and days in the office. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours if critical IT projects need to be delivered.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience of building user interfaces on Epos systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Cabling and peripheral accessories
  • Experience troubleshooting
  • UK driving license and own vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting clients with their new sites by implementing the software
  • Carry out hardware, server deployments
  • Training and updating operating processes
  • Supporting the client through their opening
  • Build user interfaces for new clients
  • Supporting existing sites with their Epos needs

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increases with length of service)
