Description
Our client's business is expanding, and they seek to add a full time Sales Estimator with strong experience of quoting customers, following up on quotes and ensuring works are completed.
You will work in a small but dedicated inbound sales team who play a key role in turning around quotes for trade customers and homeowners.
DutiesGreeting and serving trade customers where necessary.Providing quotations using our system to trade and homeownersEngage in training provided on systems and productsProcessing quotations into in-house systemsPreparing quotations and providing customer service for trade customersTaking customer paymentsSkills and KnowledgeEnsuring all work is completed in a timely manner, in line company SLAsBe a fast learner and have an eye for detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentHighly efficient and organized, with an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Strong data entry skill, excellent IT skills and the ability to manage a pressurized workload will also be essential requirements for this role.
