    Showroom Administrator

    Hitchin

    £25,000


    We have an opportunity for a customer service driven Showroom Administrator to join the Hitchin branch of a growing organisation.

    You will welcome customers into the branch, discussing product offerings and setting appointments for the sales representative. Key duties will include:

    • Scheduling for the sales and installation teams
    • Liaising with customers from the first point of contact to post installation
    • Validating quotes for customers
    • Stock control
    • Branch reporting
    • Meeting with existing and potential suppliers
    • Handling calls and emails for the showroom
    • Ensuring the showroom presentation is of a premium standard at all times

    The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills. You will have the ability to work autonomously ensuring the day to day running of the branch is seamless and customers receive an excellent standard of service from initial enquiry through to post installation.

    Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and my client is offering a competitive salary of £25k.
