My client is looking for a Site Manager to work at a School around the Failsworth area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP on a long-term ongoing basis and it has the potential to become Permanent for the right candidate.

You will be expected to work the following hours on a split shift:

6.30am-10am & 3pm-6.30pm (Monday-Friday)

To be considered YOU MUST have the following:

· Previous experience working as a Caretaker/Site Manager within a School setting

· Hold a current Enhanced DBS

· Be available to start ASAP/in the next few weeks

Your Duties will include:

· General Caretaker duties

· Health & Safety

· Compliance

· Maintenance

· Site Security

· Managing x4 Cleaners
