Are you passionate about dissecting financial data to drive business success? Do you thrive on unravelling the intricacies of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you, joining us as a Finance Business Partner.


As a Financial Business Partner in our Commercial Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional financial analysis to support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.


Reporting to the VP, Finance Business Partnering, you'll collaborate closely with the wider commercial finance teams, contributing to the overall financial success of INTO, and foster strong relationships the stakeholders you are supporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:Dive deep into financial data, comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts. Your insights will be crucial in steering our financial course.

Salary Cost Integrity: Your attention to detail will ensure that our financial data remains accurate and reliable, highlighting where costs are out of line with budgets and forecasts.

Month-End:Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing adjustments and accruals for specific accounts, supporting our accounting team in maintaining financial accuracy.

Strategic Budgeting and Forecasting:Work alongside the commercial finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts. Your analytical skills will be key in updating budget models and providing ad-hoc analysis, as needed.

Inter-Company Recharges:Prepare budgets and forecasts for all inter-company recharges, documenting agreements, and processes to ensure seamless financial operations.

Risk Reporting Framework:Support the implementation of a robust risk reporting framework, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of potential financial challenges and opportunities.


This position would suit a part-qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA, with
commercial experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Just so you know, we will be holding interviews in January.
