Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an administrator in Plymouth to join a Chartered Accountancy and Financial Planning firm.
They operate numerous offices throughout the South West, prioritising the fulfilment of clients' and businesses' individual goals with dedicated support.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare documents for client meetings.
- Manage the meeting room diaries, meet and great clients.
- Answer the phone and direct calls.
- Audio and copy typing, photocopying, and scanning, handle post and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Typing up meeting notes and assisting partners with other secretarial duties when required.
- Using social media for the office including LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Threads etc.
Benefits:

- Friday, 36.25 hours per week.

Skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, adaptable to change and able to prioritise tasks
- Discreet, professional and team orientated
- Experience within a similar position or customer service admin role
- Good IT skills: Microsoft office products inc Excel, Word and Outlook.
