    40 hours @ £13ph - £15ph (£27k - £31k)

    Tips average at £1.20ph

    Overtime paid at the rate of £13ph - £15ph

    GP% Bonus £1k - £2k.

    Straight shifts

    No more than 45 hours per week - even at XMAS
