    Description

    The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring an assistant restaurant manager to join their team in Oban. Our new restaurant, the Oban Brasserie, is a traditional harbour town Brasserie serving the best of Scottish produce and seafood.

    The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time permanent basis role working a minimum of 40 hours Monday through Sunday, five days a week.

    As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will report directly into the Operations Manager and will lead and manage the restaurant and breakfast team. Working closely with both the Head Chef and Bar Supervisor, you will be ensuring the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience. You will train, mentor, recruit and lead the front of house team and embed yourself into the local Oban community to drive restaurant sales.
