Description

As Planner, you will be responsible for gaining planning permissions for land suitable for new developments that align with the companies regional growth and delivery plans.

As Planner, you will be responsible for:
Identifying potential new sites that can be passed on to the Development team Carry out site appraisals - keeping in mind planning policies, planning history and technical constraints Attend Committee meetings and provide reports Checking planning agreements and drawings Monitoring planning applications and maintaining reports As Planner, you will be expected to:Previously worked for a housebuilder or within the public sectorHave experience of planning permissions, appeals, negotiation and approval processes Be RTPI qualified HNC in Property / Construction related field (minimum)

Ideally have a Degree in Planning / Town or Urban Planning / Urban Design The successful Planner will receive:
