Do you want to work for the UK's leading Technology, Innovation and Research Centre for Offshore Renewable Energy?

Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult is recruiting a
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST to work hybrid to the Glasgow office and provide a compliant, end-to-end procurement service across ORE Catapult.

What will I do?

Carry out end to end procurement processes for projects
Procurement administration in line with Procurement Manual
Run and analyse spend reports
Maintain and update real time procurement planning schedule
Provide accurate procurement advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Provide admin support to procurement team
Assist and support strategic tender projects
Carry out compliance checks on external stakeholders procurement processes

What are we looking for?

Relevant demonstrable procurement experience
Possess, or studying towards, CIPS level 4 diploma in procurement and supply (or equivalent)
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Proactive and well organised with good organisational and prioritisation skills
Accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Excellent oral, written communication and numerical skills
Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
