We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Business Support service supporting the Adult Safeguarding Team.


The role

  • Collating and analysing data, ensuring information is prepared and distributed within specified timescales.
  • Organising various meetings either adhoc or regular, ensuring the relevant people are invited to attend.
  • Preparing and monitoring spreadsheets.
  • Minute taking as and when required.


Due to the nature of the role, you will need to observe a high level of confidentiality and comply with GDPR at all times.

The hours of work are 18.5 hours worked across Monday to Friday (specific times to be agreed).

What you will bring


We are looking for an experienced administrator who is looking to learn and grow their knowledge within an officer role.

You will also have a good knowledge of data input and be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.

As you will be working to strict legislative deadlines, so it is important you are highly organised.
