Airworks Chief Rigger - The Chief has the full responsibility in the Rigging team to deliver preventative maintenance across a wide range of structures.

You are the Senior Rigger in the team and you have full responsibility for the resources working with you on site.

Driving Licence
Complex rigging experience
Team and project management experience
Willing to travel throughout the UK
Creating Risk assessments and method statements, ensuring these get sign off from relevant stakeholders.
POC for safety and all rigging works in their Region.
Supports the Rigging PM and Airwork's Support Manager.
Ensure all Rigging equipment is kept operational and any required maintenance is kept up to date.
Responsible for the ongoing Technical/ personal development of the Rigging team in their Region.

Create/ supports an environment to encourage both multi/cross skilling of other Field Ops activities both in and out of your team.

Provide specialist advice and guidance to other teams and contribute to project delivery.
Provide response to faults and technical issues, including emergency call out, to assist the Antenna systems team to provide corrective maintenance
