Join our team as a Part-Time PR, Marketing, and Social Media Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth through strategic marketing, captivating social media campaigns, and effective public relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Social Media Management:

Craft and execute social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

2.

Marketing Campaigns:
Strategize and implement marketing campaigns to spotlight our services, special offers, and events, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

3.

Event Marketing:
Coordinate and promote events, workshops, and seminars to attract new clients and foster community engagement.

4.

Video and Photography Testimonial Management:
Capture and curate compelling client testimonials through video and photography to showcase service excellence and build trust.

5.

Google Reviews Management:
Monitor and respond to Google reviews, safeguarding a positive online reputation and addressing client feedback promptly.

6.

Public Relations:

Cultivate positive relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to amplify brand visibility and garner favorable press coverage.

8.

Collaboration:

Work closely with directors and the management team to devise promotional strategies, marketing materials, and campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience.

9.

Meeting Coordination:
Assist in coordinating management meetings, presentations, and promotional events to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or social media, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
Interest in or experience with dental services preferred.
Available to travel between our practices as and when required, Ideally in practice 12 days per week.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Graphic design and video editing software skills are advantageous.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
