We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef, who has a passion for Italian Cuisine, in the heart of West London.

Salary £ 36, ,000 Plus As Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work for a small, independently run company which has four sites - and growing This would suit a Sous Chef who is looking for a challenge, who is a true people person and would like to prove themselves within a super Gastro Pub in a trendy part of West London.

The restaurant is serving an exciting mix of food including handmade artisan pizza, pasta and a quality bistro steak. Using 100% fresh produce, you will be provided with excellent training and encouraged to grow with the business.

The successful Sous Chef must have previous experience in a fresh food based, fast-paced environment, with exceptional skills of running a busy kitchen.

Create a positive and enthusiastic environment for the team
Assist with ordering of stock
Monthly stock takes
Support the Head Chef in his absence and ensure all areas of the kitchen are covered
Conduct spot checks of food quality and kitchen cleanliness to ensure the 5* standard
Previous experience as a Sous chef within a Gastro Pub environment
