Are you passionate about technology, communication, student experience and data?


We are currently seeking experienced CRM Specialists (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join an already established team to fill multiple open CRM Specialist positions.

You will be working across a range of CRM activities to support stretching student recruitment targets.

Your day to day will involve the development and delivery of personalised ad-hoc CRM communications and a range of automated customer journeys at scale, utilising your strong skillset as a CRM/Marketing Cloud professional.

You will achieve this by working in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to brief, develop, steer and execute CRM activity across the end-to-end student recruitment journey - from initial enquiry, through to enrolment and beyond.

You will be key in helping us to effectively communicate the USPs of our locations across our global audience, to support prospective students in making an informed choice to start, stay and succeed with us through clear and accurate CRM communications.

The role requires a minimum of 3 days a week on-site, at our Coventry Campus and Ryton Office.
