    We want a Retail Manager who works with their team to ensure our communities live happy healthy lives.

    Bargain Chemist Rangiora is looking for a Retail Manager to join our team.

    Days and hours to be discussed, however must be available for some weekend and late-night shifts.

    As a Retail Manager, you will be:

    • A talented retailer with strong people and store management skills.
    • Passion for Customer Service and sales.
    • Able to motivate staff to achieve fantastic results.
    • Knowledge of retail pharmacy and beauty products (preferrable)
    • A great leader and a natural coach, with a passion for providing impeccable service and inspiring your team to do the same.
    • Buzzing to help grow a brand that will benefit customers, staff, and yourself along the way.
    • Ability to work together towards a common goal, with a positive outlook.
    • A time-efficient problem solver who has exemplary attention to detail.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivery of excellent customer service.
    • Managing, developing and leading your retail team to success.
    • Achieving sales targets and other KPI's
    • Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards.
    • Managing stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your inwards goods person and resolving any discrepancies fast and effective.
    • Developing and leading your team to success.
    • Efficient team rostering skills
    • Interacting with suppliers, reps and other people which contribute to the growth of our business.
