AHP Frailty at the Front DoorWe are delighted to share this exciting new opportunity for Physiotherapy staff to join us to continue to develop our AHP front door frailty service within Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.
Fully supported by a team of Advance Practitioner AHPs, these posts will work across the interface between acute and community settings to support those patients identified with frailty.
The successful candidates will work in partnership with the MDT throughout Raigmore, as well as the community integrated teams,
The post is full time and the service will deliver 12 hour day shifts over 7 days although part time job share flexible working requests will be considered.
This role will form part of existing band physiotherapy rotations which currently includes a mixture of rotations across Inverness Mid Ross Area acute and community locations.
