- Make outbound sales development phone calls to existing and new customers
- Develop strong relationships with dental professionals and build consistent sales
- Identify sales opportunities within your designated customer base
- Deliver key company marketing messages to target customers
- Develop targeted customer lists based on your outreach efforts
- Profile key competitor customer targets to identify potential new business
- Work collaboratively with the External Sales Team to review existing activity (e.g., Terms Reviews, Key Account Targets, Buying Group targets)
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or B2B sales experience
- A strong understanding of the dental industry (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- A positive and professional attitude with a drive to succeed
- A target-driven approach with a focus on results
- Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
