As the
_Project Commercial Administrator_ you will be part of our pro-active commercial team who will be responsible for supporting the delivery teams working with various Clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing commercial team.


As the _Project Commercial Administrator _
your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the various Contracts
  • Developing Commercial Procedures
  • Raising early warning notices/Change Requests to the client and subcontractors
  • Identifying, notifying and pricing of compensation events/changes
  • Undertaking cost management and project support
  • Collating and presenting commercial reports to the business unit and client
  • Production or supporting the production of CVR's / P&L

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Commercial role
  • Working knowledge of NEC Form of Contract
  • Experience with administering multiple packages of work
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team including clients
  • Full driving licence
